Attorney Jim Edge assists our clients in the areas of Real Estate, Construction, Contracts, Business Law and general Civil Litigation. 

Jim works closely with senior lawyer, founding partner and former State Court Judge Rob Chambers to help our clients with their legal needs. As a lawyer in Gainesville, Jim has conducted numerous real estate closings and has litigated issues over insurance coverage, septic tanks, negligent construction, landlord/tenant issues, eminent domain (condemnation), employment contracts, covenants not to compete, debt collection and other disputed agreements. Jim also works with attorney, Rob Chambers on Bankruptcy matters including the filing of petitions pursuant to  Chapter 7 and Chapter 13.
