Jim works closely with senior lawyer, founding partner and former State Court Judge Rob Chambers to help our clients with their legal needs.  Jim, as a lawyer in Gainesville, has performed numerous real estate closings and worked on litigated issues over insurance coverage, septic tanks, negligent construction, eminent domain (condemnation), and other disputed agreements.
