Attorney John Breakfield, as a lawyer and law firm partner, assists our clients that have Personal Injury, Real Estate Litigation, Eminent Domain, and Criminal Defense cases.

In the personal injury department, John works closely with founding partners and senior lawyers Bob Coleman and Rob Chambers (a former State Court Judge) to ensure that those injured as the result of someone else's negligence are fairly compensated.  John is not a television car wreck lawyer, but someone that is here to assist our clients when they need it.

John has been the lawyer for numerous cases in which our clients have been injured as a result of car wrecks, truck wrecks (eighteen wheelers), drunk drivers, speeding drivers, drivers running a red light, rear end collisions and various other negligent acts.

As a criminal defense lawyer, John has helped our clients reach reasonable resolutions for their criminal cases in Georgia by trial, negotiated plea and also via creative sentencing options like professional counseling and rehabilitation for those addicted to methamphetamines (meth), amphetamines, marijuana, cocaine, crack cocaine and alcohol.

John, as a criminal defense attorney in our Gainesville, Georgia office, is a firm believer that just because someone is accused of burglary, manufacturing, possession with intent, possession, DUI (Driving Under the Influence, per se and less safe), assault, battery or any other criminal charge in Georgia, it does not mean that person is guilty or deserves an unreasonable sentence.

John has been the lawyer for our clients in Superior Court, State Court, and Municipal Court in various counties including:  Hall County (Gainesville), Dawson County (Dawsonville), White County (Cleveland), Habersham County (Clarkesville), Jackson County (Jefferson), Carroll County (Carrolton), Forsyth County (Cumming), Gwinnett County (Lawrenceville), Lumpkin County (Dahlonega) and other towns and counties in Georgia.
