Ryland Jennings is an associate trial attorney practicing in all areas of CCR’s civil litigation department.  His practice is 100% made up of representing plaintiffs in claims and lawsuits against insurance companies and negligent parties.  He has handled hundreds of cases involving clients who have been injured as a result of car accidents, slip-and-falls, premise liability, dog bites, work-related injuries and trucking accidents. Mr. Jennings has also represented families who are the victims of the wrongful death of a loved one. He has helped individuals who have been the victim of another’s negligence causing: brain injuries, eye injuries, neck/spinal cord injuries, jaw/facial/dental injuries, and soft tissue injuries. He is committed to treating his clients like family and ensuring they receive the best representation available.

Mr. Jennings was born and raised in Syracuse, New York. He moved south to attend undergraduate studies at East Carolina University, obtaining a Bachelor’s in Economics with a minor in Political Science. He was twice elected the President of his fraternity, and helped orchestrate major philanthropic events to assist the community in Greenville, North Carolina.

A graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law, Mr. Jennings excelled in courses focusing on litigation, legal research and writing, and negotiation. He served on the Editorial Board of UGA Law’s Journal of Intellectual Property Law. During his three years in Athens at UGA, Mr. Jennings worked part-time in Gainesville at CCR, assisting in case research and writing. It was during this time that he fell in love with Hall County and North Georgia.

Mr. Jennings currently resides in downtown Gainesville. He is an active member of the legal community, and is a member of the Gainesville Jaycees. He is a die-hard Atlanta United and UGA fan. He is a strongly committed to his family, faith and friends.
